Brighton Hove Trainer

**Roberto De Zerbi Appointed as Brighton's New Manager** Former Italian footballer and current manager Roberto De Zerbi has been appointed as the new head coach of English Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion. Born in Brescia, Italy on June 6, 1979, De Zerbi played as a midfielder and forward during his playing career. He notably played for A.C. Milan, Napoli, and Udinese. After retiring as a player, De Zerbi transitioned to coaching and has managed several clubs, including Foggia, Palermo, Sassuolo, and Shakhtar Donetsk. He joins Brighton from Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk, where he won the Ukrainian Premier League title in 2022. De Zerbi is known for his attacking style of play and is expected to bring a new dimension to Brighton's team. He replaces Graham Potter, who left the club to join Chelsea earlier this month. In other news, Andrew Crofts returned to Brighton in 2019 as a player-coach for the club's under-21 side. The club has also announced an upcoming open training session, with details to be released soon.
